Credit card orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually shipped on the following Monday. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you with the estimated shipping date.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paper work. If applicable, all labels must also be intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

You must email us within 14 days of the invoice date if you are returning an item at:

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email at the above email address.

Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering.

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes.

Additionally, all applicable labels must be present. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use.

Please note: Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was received due to shipper error. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs.

Items that have been engraved or re-sized (even by us), or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Special orders are non-returnable.

Return Instructions:

* Satisfy all of the above requirements.

* Return the item(s) to the address provided above. DO NOT send items to any address other than the return address provided above.

* Returned items may be shipped by the carrier of your choice. However, it is strongly recommended that an additional service such as insurance or delivery confirmation be added.

Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided here. Please follow all instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location.

Once an item is received, please allow 1 - 2 days for your return to be processed.

All credits issued will take 3 - 5 business days from the return processing date to appear on your statement.
